The Automated Lensometer and Autorefractometer along with the Chart Projector are integrated with the central unit to give perfect prescription for glasses. Krishna Eye Centre is well stocked to dispense all types of Contact Lenses, Conventional, Disposables and Colored Cosmetic. There is a showroom for spectacles as well and those desiring to order at the centre have the benefit of quality control and competetive prices.The spectacle shop is a non profit value added service to the registered patients.

The Department of Optometry is headed by Miss. Vidhi Shah who has a vast experience in the field. The doctors at the centre are available at the consulting room between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. The consulting room exudes finesse in its comfortable interiors. Equipped with Ophthalmic Chair unit to seat the patient the room offers ultra modern diagnostic tools. The Vision Recording is done on the Digital Variant Monitor. The examination findings are recorded on the Digital Slit Lamp Photographic System. Corneal Mapping for Lasik Evaluation and Accurate Intra Ocular Lens Measurement is done by the Topographer.The small and compact procedure room has the Corneal Pacchymeter for measurement of Corneal Thickness and the a scan biometer for Intra Ocular Lens Measurement.

The operation suite is comfortably air conditioned with the best air handling unit to maintain sterility. Carl Ziess Microcope is used for all Intra Ocular Surgeries. Cataract is performed by the Alcon Legacy (USA) Phacoemulsification System, which is among the most advanced in the world today. There is a back Phacoemulsification Machine from Optikon, Italy. This facilility of a back up machine is rarely seen in operation theatres across the world. For sterilisation of instruments, the centre has a regular Autoclave and a Flash Autoclave for fast and effective sterilisation.

The recovery lounge has two reclining chair units, which can be adjusted to the desired comfort level of the patient. Post operatively the patient is served light snacks along with Tea/Coffee in the recovery lounge before discharge.
